This valve below is DMF-Z-62S right angle type solenoid pulse jet valve with die-casting aluminum alloy body. It simplifies the connection between gas bag and blowing tube of a dust collector. It can provide stronger airflow and meet dust removing requirements.

 

The high-pressure gas enters from the air inlet , enters the lower air chamber.

1. When the pulse valve is not energized, the gas enters the decompression chamber through the impulse valve and the orifice in the constant pressure pipeline on the upper and lower shells. The valve core blocks the pressure relief hole under the action of the spring. The gas will not be discharged, so that the pressure in the decompression chamber and the lower air chamber are consistent. Under the action of the spring, the diaphragm will block the injection port, and the gas will not burst out.

2. When the pulse valve is energized, the valve core is lifted upward by the electromagnetic force, the pressure relief hole is opened, and the gas is ejected. Due to the role of the orifice of the constant pressure pipe, the outflow speed of the pressure relief hole is greater than that of the decompression chamber. The inflow speed of the pressure pipe gas makes the pressure in the decompression chamber lower than the pressure in the lower chamber. The gas in the lower chamber lifts up the diaphragm, opens the injection port, and performs gas injection.

FAQ:

1.During installation and commissioning 

1). The valve cannot be opened, but the pilot is operating. → Check if the airbag pressure is too low → Exclude air leaks.

2). Some valves are not working, others are normal.→Check the valve's wiring link and solenoid coil. → Replacement of accessories.

3). The valve cannot be closed and there is a leak, pressure cannot be established. → The inlet of the valve is installed opposite the injection port. → reassemble

4). The valve cannot be closed and there is a leak. → Impurities are adsorbed on the diaphragm, and the iron core is stuck. →Clean the diaphragm, check whether the diaphragm is complete, check the iron core, and replace the parts in time.

2.During use

1). Valve closes slowly. → Diaphragm orifice blocked. →Dredge orifice.

2). Some valves leak, the diaphragm does not close,normally opened. → Impurities are adsorbed on the diaphragm, the pilot is damaged, and the iron core is stuck. → Clean the diaphragm, check whether the diaphragm is complete, check the iron core, and replace the parts in time.

3). The coil is hot and burned. → Power on for a long time.  → Check the working condition of the control system.

4). There is voltage but the valve is not working. → Damaged diaphragm or blocked orifice.  → Replace parts in time.

5). Low ambient temperature, the valve is leaking or cannot be opened. → Ambient temperature is too low, there is icing in the valve. → Note the valve operating temperature range.
